Sara Haley
Founder | Purchasing & Design
Working with clients from the initial visit through project completion, Sara uses her experience in architectural work and construction to bring each deal concept to fruition. Sara not only collaborates with clients to develop costs and scope but also leads our team to deliver the redemption process. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from
Texas Tech University and 20 + years working in the fields of architecture and construction, she brings experience and knowledge to every project. Before co-founding the Home Redemption Group, Sara founded a successful multi-million-dollar residential design and construction firm, H&H Properties, in Greenville, Texas. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the business including design, client relations, sales, estimating, project management, and delivery. Prior to H&H Properties, Sara was a Partner of a high-end residential remodeling firm in Dallas, Bella Vista Company, for seven years managing and responsible for all aspects of business operations and sales. Earlier in her career, Sara served as the Assistant Vice President of Facilities and Planning for Howard Payne University, and as a Project Manager for Waldrop Construction. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and their six children.
Joe Haley
Founder | Business Development
Managing each home in the construction phase, Joe works to direct and monitor each step of the projects. He oversees the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of workmanship, and coordination with design team to ensure that every detail is executed as planned. Joe works continually on networking to find new team members to
partner alongside the business and enjoys bringing new people to the redemption group. Joe graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Howard Payne University in 2013, Sting ‘Em! He enjoys hunting, fishing, and any time he can spend on his farm with his wife and 6 children.
